Ann,
That would be the point when Emperor Obama learns he *has no clothes* - I'm married to a member of the National Guard. They would never follow orders from current intruder in the WH to turn on their neighbors.
Then, they could receive a Dishonorable discharge from the Armed Services. Nothing would prevent having other soldiers being sent in to the State from outside to enforce orders removing Federal equipment. Other means would be the removal of State aid to the State, County, and/or Local).
