No on both questions... and the NT is not over sold or over bought, it's moving higher and gave the initial buy signal on 11/9, which I find very interesting and reassuring... even though these markets moved lower since that NT buy signal, the market is now above that buy point... so, anyone who took the signal and endured the heat is now getting rewarded for it, but that certainly doesn't include me, I was short... GZ
