Did your computer crashed? happened to me once when it did. For some reason your data file (alerts.dat) get deleted or overwritten. I'm just guessing this. Once you set all alerts, copy Alerts.dat somewhere as backup. Did you try to back up the whole thing? If you did, see if you can restore it. Also, you can ask author directly here: elitetrader.com His name is Jerry Medved (j_medved on that forum)
