It was my understanding that the financing will be done this week and that all the issues were resolved at this point. I gather it will be done before the CC, so that they can speak about it. The deals are also proceeding well, as some of the companies are working with USWDA as if they have already done the deals while the legal department handles the contracts. IMO, this is a buying opportunity that will not likely last.
