[What a coincidence -- almost everybody that works at Starbucks is white!] Perhaps you need to visit a Starbucks in a more culturally diverse neighborhood. ( I find that the employees are usually locals ) The picture you paint is a lot more colorful here in Southern California's urban settings. Just my take Schmedley
