Al,
How should I read the "shift the blame" remark Ten?
It's easy. Just look at the ever-changing story from the White House:

- It was a YouTube video.

- No wait, it really was terrorism. But it's not our fault. We just got bad intelligence.

- Well OK, the CIA said it was terrorism from day one. But the talking points must have been changed somehow.

At what point did Obama say that "the buck stops here"? Even his "request" to direct the criticism at him and not at Susan Rice means nothing because it is already a given. He's ultimately responsible for the safety and security of American personnel abroad.

How would I presume to know what the president is doing in the background? Things like hunting down the killers for example? Do you know? Oh...forgot...of course you know...
You don't need to know details to trust whether the president is doing his job well.

The whole bungling of the Benghazi situation doesn't bode well.
