CAFC denies petition for en banc hearing, so it's off to US Supreme Court for the enoxaparin case, where Classen is still awaiting the Solicitor General's input. Have seen speculation the two cases might be consolidated. Any legal eagles here care to talk about that concept, and about the timeline? Only thing left to move the stock for the next year is a possible mCopax approval. Cheers, Tuck
