INTC... the forbes article seem to indicate intel partnering with arm or merger/acquisiton. Remember we are buying intel during a trough not peak. So yes there is some downside risk here but they are limited given strong balance sheet, dividend payout ratio, & earnings. Risks also 10x fcf.

Did anyone catch Gabelli on CNBC this morning talking about some small caps he owns? He spit out a few names and I was not able to catch them all. the ones I caught had to much debt for me.
