Wes,
No, Xecom does not have 51,125 paying soldiers. There are over 69,500 potential customers at the present time. So, as for replacement, the customers are available. In six weeks, Xecom has added a little over 1000 net sign ups, not impressive. You are correct in that the company needs someone to go in and bust their butt. Tim Barton was hired about a month ago. In March of this year, I got into a heated discussion about the sales arangement, and my opinions were blown over. Now they have hired Mr. Barton, and he is doing the same things that I had suggested, and more. Lets see if the sales increase. People are on the bases, and the dead weight is being let go. Remember, Sprint is paying the marketing, and getting to the point were we have some control takes some doing. Lastly, I don't mind criticism, as long as it's constructive. You and I both know that no one has all the answers. I do share sharehoders points of view with the Management. it is a shame that most of it is wasted on personalities.
