Strage approach, and terrible timing...PVCT does not do well when distracted. But I do think that the failed IPO has cracked the credibility facade for PVCT management.... anyone who though they were running a solid development and business enterprise has likely started to wonder.... Starting to think that the new, independent BOD is impotent if this complaint is in response to corporate silence on a compensation concern.... If this is a power play, what would they hope to get out of this..decreased corporate compensation wont help now
