My guess is that whoever decided to hire or enlist a law firm to investigate management's compensation is a major share holder. This share holder is no longer happy or unwilling to wait any longer for PVCT to produce solid results. Results that would increase the value of PVCT. They are probably looking for a major house cleaning or trying to force PVCT into a quick sale. Right now my money is on the combination of the two.
