Hans: Did you ever have any luck with the response from Arbor? Stock looks sick right now but I'm assuming thats from a few factors and now a real problem with the product. Some of the negative factors impacting the stock are 1) Analysts & investors worrying about the company meeting 4th quarter numbers (always a concern). 2) IBM being late to market with its data base product which equates to less sales of Arbor essbase product. 3) Staffing issues, i.e. problem hiring sales and support staff to sell product and help customers with any issues (I assume like the one you encountered??). For Christmas I'm hoping for a news item to turn the stocks down trend around. Not asking for much am I <gg>. Hope your consulting is going well. Mines started to pick up early this year (and I'm happy it has) and thats why I've been posting less. Of course all my latest investments are lower than my entry point and that probably has also diminished my enthusiam. Have a good day, I'm back to work. Tim
