Great Cheryl! Not bad news at all... now it makes sense. So basically
we are looking at 7MM float with 24MM outstanding, until a year or so
from now when the additional 17MM become unrestricted and at that
time float = total outstanding = 24MM.

Am I correct in assuming then that the EPS is based on 24MM?
In my call this morning they said that they knew that the EPS reports
and projections were all fully diluted. Even if they weren't it would
still leave this company extremely undervalued.

Actually a bigger float will help this company. It's not so big as to be
ridiculous, and I feel it is appropriate given the EPS projections.
A larger float will also be a big plus in gaining interest from institutions
since a bigger float means more liquidity in the stock and institutions
don't like investing in stocks that are thinly traded with small floats...
it's too easy to move the price and too volatile.

I don't think this is going to cost us anything in the way of share value
as long as Alexander Wescott is correct about the EPS being fully
diluted already... and I think it's great for the future of the company!
Now we just need to have it become a reporting company and move
to the NASDAQ and I can retire to invest full time! ;-)
