Helen Clark has an insatiable appetite for opm and ordering people around. It isn't really surprising that the $billions the UN pours down the drain isn't enough for her. All the money in the world can be poured down the drain. It's earning it that is the hard part. Any idiot can spend money on stupid things. I've done more than enough stupid spending of my own money and don't need any help from her.
