To Neal, Kim and Everyone
I have a few questions regarding Neal's comments which I am hoping you can shed some light on. Before the questions however, a little background may be in order since this is my first posting on this thread.
I have been an investor in Naxos for about 2 years and have been following this thread for about 6-9 months. Until this point I hvae remained quiet because I didn't have much to add above and beyond the discussions which were taking place.
Now for questions. First, along with you I have been waiting patiently for the assay results from Ledoux. I believe Kim and others have tried to reassure us that the delays are simply a part of a scientific process of this type. While I agree with this, I would have to assume that a schedule with milestones and dates has been created. This would be standard practice for any type of product development process. Assuming a schedule has been created, has anyone seen a copy? If not, why has this not been made available to the investors? And if a schedule does exist and the dates have been missed, then what are the reasons and what is the new schedule?
Additionally, in Neal's post from yesterday, he states "The worst case scenario is that Johnson, Matt Walters and Fred Arkoosh cannot convince Ledoux that the process leads to consistent results and they cannot convince Ledoux to certify the numbers." Assuming this is true, what is the company doing about this? Have more experts been retained to confirm the assay results and repeatability of the process? If so, what is their schedule? If not, should more experts be retained?
Lastly, I think Neal is right on the mark when he stated "enough is enough...either the gold and platinum is there, or it is not...why is Ledoux still hesitant to release the results??" I think it would give all of us some peace of mind to better understand what is causing the delays, what is being done to resolve said delays, and finally what the real timeframe is to release numbers.
Hopefully I was not too verbose and look forward to any information and / or thoughts you may have on these questions.
