They have nothing left. They are bereft of ideas that most Americans find palatable, Ever since Nixon, the Republicans have been trying to find an equally grave scandal. Not having much luck on that front, they have resorted to taking something minor and inflating it and try to sell it to the media and The One. Sadly, most of them have been so pathetic they only get their 15 minutes.
