What they are doing is throwing good money after bad money. They are chasing down bad debt by allowing good money to pay down bad debt. What they are not doing is Excusing the Debt which is the only viable solution outside of having the debtor continue to make payments. The banks are on the hook of looming Credit Freeze; inability to loan more funds. There is just too much Debt, lol. Wall St sucks the life out of everything,lol.
