I think XOM and CVX still have another leg down from here. Lower oil prices should pull CVX back towards $100 and XOM to $85. I don't see any way that oil prices move much higher til next Spring. If it ain't going up, they will probably drag it lower.

Fiscal cliff could be the only way to keep the dollar churning higher, absent higher interest rates.
