If you really want to see something schizophrenic about these markets, then take a look at there two market experts... LOL!!! Very bullish: marketwatch.com Very Bearish: This past September and October, a market reversal occurred when the NYSE Down Volume broke below its support with the VIX showing a higher/high at the same time.
