Me too Cards ( Marvin). So far Ampex has been better at S&M than R&D. I agree with Mary though about the price. 7 times earnings would discount some revenue shrinkage .....disregard all KM potential ( which really we perhaps should begin forgetting about ) and disregard the 70 cents or so in cash on hand. The convertibles and "other" liabilities should be discounted because they cause no present drain on liquidity. !.75 a bargain.
