What a strange day!! Techs getting crushed (but you wouldn't know it by the general market action - Dow actually up 22 points). NAZ down 16 or so, giving a hint of what's happening.

This driller bounce feels different than the ones before. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think we might be basing here. We're not going to move up fast again as that would be irrationally exhuberant. We may drift back to yesterday's lows, but I think they've stopped spanking us real hard for now.
