So when does tax loss selling generally occur????

One could argue that there is still plenty of time for some massive tax loss selling.

OTOH perhaps most if not almost all of those who want to dump/sell for tax loss reasons would or should have already done so by now.

And I have seen some intelligent stock market guru types say that tax considerations should never be a primary motivation for selling.

So who the hell knows????
