Gerry, that's a question I and a few others have been bantering around today, among others. As you know, ALYD announced they were beta testing with Dupont way back on 3/13: alydaar.com. So, there is a publicly announced (formal) relationship on record, and thus the Charlotte Observor had every right to further investigate this relationship. But, I have not actually read the article so I can't comment on what Bob said. As for "official" news from ALYD, presuming Dupont gave the offical OK yesterday (as someone e-mailed me they did), then a timely release would be by Friday, IMO, although I expect one sooner. - Jeff P.S.
