The major source of credible information on the concession emanated from the July 96 meeting in NYC. The Chiciduck was less than 175,000 acres and the other two major structures were less than 100,000 acres combined. AIPN had plenty of wiggle room to include other areas if they wanted. I am overestimating not underestimating their sizes.
The refinery is worth $2-3/share in 98 and whoever calls this otherwise is off the top of their head. Who cares who runs it.
