Ted, let the market be the market. I hope the IMF will not bail out all these Asian countries, but it is a futile wish. By the way, the good old USA funds the IMF.

Would Deutch Telecom's cash infusion into voclf be considered pump and dump. Would all the posts on SI who were excited about this cash infusion, be considered pump and dump? Looks like it to me, only DT did'n dump fast enough. VOCLF is in trouble due to competition from idtc and ftel.
