Dean,
I called Brad today. He told me that their lawyer "sent the demand letter yesterday".

For those that asked, I verified that Eutro insider's own approx. 10M shares.

Finally, Brad indicated that the TA has been slow to respond but he felt this was expected given the large amount of recent activity surrounding Eutro's stock.
