Gotcha! I've heard some horror stories about Grupon for vendors. I'm still thinking many small vendors still use their own web & facility resources to lure in new customers? I just got rid of our big copier the other day, 29 years old (Recyclying program through work) We used it all the time. RE: Giving out flyers and special deal coupons to new customers by way of existing customers. Ect ect. In hindsight, I found out word of mouth was the best advertising. (no internet for us back then) So it pays keep your customers happy. Listen well, and take some risk, but make informed, hopefully profitable business decisions. If your small enough & motivated enough. You can react quickly to those decisions.
