So I'll try very hard not to do that

I forget some people have very tender feelings- and some of those idiots on the right have them even though they are complete assholes to others- some of them nonstop. You really have to wonder. For those of you here, if I ever hurt your feelings, it was unintentional. I do tend to speak my mind forcefully, and sometimes do not anticipate the way others will take what I say. I will tell you the same thing I tell my students- if I hurt your feelings, talk to me. Most of the time it was unintended. If it wasn't, I'll always be honest enough to tell you that :-)
