Mr. Rushton, President of Radius Gold Inc., holds a B.Sc. in geology from Portsmouth University in the UK, a Master's degree in economic geology from the University of Alberta, and a Certificate in Business Communications from Simon Fraser University. Much of his 17 years' experience in mining and exploration was gained working as a geologist for the Anglo American group in Southern Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Williams is currently the President of Full Metal Minerals, a Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (FMM-V) listed company that completed an Initial Public Offering in May 2004, and a Director and Advisor to several additional mining exploration companies. He is a co-founder of Full Metal Minerals, and is responsible for the company's corporate development, marketing and financing. Mr. Williams has significant contacts with both retail and institutional investors and has an extensive investment banking network. Mr. Williams was the Chairman of Underworld Resources (UW-V) until April 26, 2010 when Kinross Gold Corporation completed its acquisition of the company. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, where he developed and implemented all of the company's communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004. Prior to joining Atna Resources, Mr. Williams provided public relations counsel to various sectors including: mining, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, tourism, and government.
