Well thanks to LLCF and Glenn Peterson for keeping the thread informed about what seems to be horrendous news. ESOA is behind on their debt payments. Thursday news after the close. (at least it wasn't on a Friday) I actually was afraid to even pump up my computer today.

But so far today it is up a penny on about 18.000 shares or so. Up a penny is much better than I was afraid I would see.

Well the ruination of the ST Pipeline portion of ESOA was one more horrendous doing of Ed "aka Madoff Junior" Burns.

Apparently the key guy, Schaefer, of SAT Pipeline became so disgusted with ED Burns' mismanagement that he took a hike and will only comeback now if he can once again be the sole owner of ST Pipeline,

Too bad in a way that ESA couldn't make a go of the entire post-SPAC company, but apparently most of the losses shown by ESOA are due to ST Pipline. And Schaefer insists now on being sole owner and manager of ST Pipline. Too bad because Schaefer in my opinion is a great guy, but I can't say as I blame him.

Put the good news is that supposedly all three division of the remaining CJ Hughes are quite profitable.

That being the pipeline division (Supposedly ESOA still can place a mean pipline for NG, water, sewage, domestic oil etc etc etc), NitroElectric (which supposedly has really made of believer of Toyota which some excellent subcontracting work) and the building construction wing of ESOA (after all real-estate is pretty much strong now nationwide).

So maybe and hopefully the sell of ST Pipeline back to Schaefer will be a win-win deal.

And maybe (as I hope and pray) ESOA is finding its rock bottom price. I as I have been doing some nibbling the past few days with money I don't really have.

Hope the above is reasonably accurate. All I can say additionally is that if I were to win the Fla Lotto, I would be buying ESOA like crazy.
