I never said that the execs won't discuss the market conditions or possible imapact of changing conditions. What I said was that they won't release insider information. They WILL NOT tell anyone of a perss release or earnings revision ahead of time! BTW, I never made mention of flower arrangments. You have only stated the obvious as I did and that is that QNTM execs, as most execs, do follow SEC laws. This Qntm selling is getting ridiculous! It was a WDC announcemt. Buy when there's blood in the streets!
