Media Credits Fraud My Butt

The accounting treatment of the media credits was so vital a tool as "fraud" for "captial raising efforts" that.....
They forgot to mention them even once after they acquired them.

41 PRs
3 conference calls
annual shareholder meeting in front of hundreds of shareholders

NOT EVEN ONE MENTION EVEN ONCE OF ANY valuation whatsoever of media credits was mentioned out of 41 PRs, 3 conference calls, and an AGM after they were acquired.

BIG FAT ZERO

(two vague mentions at the bottom of 2 of 41 PRs but zero mention of any valuation whatsoever)

That's right. The accounting treatment of the media credits was so vital a tool as "fraud" for "captial raising efforts" that.....

They forgot to mention them even once after they acquired them.
(1) They had a private placement in December 2009 with 12 PRs and 2 conference calls ahead of its closing. Zero mention whatsoever of their media credits valuation.
(2) They had a private placement in May 2010. 29 PRs, 1 conference call, and an AGM ahead of its closing. Zero mention whatsoever of their media credits valuation.

Not one PR since acquisition of the media credits in August 2009 mentions their value again?
Not one conference call out of 3 mentions their value ever again?
Not a single mention of them at the AGM?

August 28, 2009 -- media credits acquired
-- 41 PRs, 3 conference calls, and an AGM inbetween --
http://www.plastic2oil.com/site/news-releases
May 19, 2010 -- voluntarily withdrew the accounting treatment of media credits

12 more PRs in 2009
29 more PRs in 2010
3 conference calls
1 AGM

Total PRs mentioning media credits: 2 out of 41
Total PRs mentioning the valuation or even any value of the media credits: 0
Total mention of media credits in conference calls: 0 out of 3
Total mention of media credits at the AGM: 0 out of hours

out of 41 PRs, 3 conference calls, and 1 AGM the company "forgot" to say a word about the $10 million accounting treatment or even their value. In fact, the only mention of them other than as a single line buried in a 10Q, was tucked at the very bottom of two PRs with a vague mention in general but zero about their value or worth. Nothing.
