Al, I already know that Obama did that, but what came out of those meetings? Any specifics?I saw the CEO of Caterpillar in that meeting, for example. Did he reverse his decision to layoff employees back in October? How about the CEO of Home Depot? He was at that meeting. Any indication that he is less critical of Obama than in the past?I noticed Paul Otellini wasn't there, despite being on Obama's "Jobs Council" a while back. Otellini supported Romney, by the way. This isn't the first time Obama has had high-profile meetings with CEOs, yet he has never been able to assure any of them that he understands business and how they are integral to America's economy.
By the rhetorical nature of your questions one must assume that (of course) you know the answer to all of these questions? Why was Otellini not there? Do you know? Maybe he was not invited...maybe he was and he declined...tell us.

Ditto on the Home Depot guy....

What came of it? Some of these folks have come forward and said that we must raise revenue as well as reduce expenses to close the deficit gap. The rest is pending the outcome of negotiations on the deficit deals.

Why do you presume to know shit you can't possibly know and cast your lack of such knowledge in cynical terms only...you can't even bother to tell the truth about O meeting with these people. Let's face it...you have become an increasingly partisan voice...any sign of objectivity has since long left you.
