Ah Steve, I'd bet you'll be surprised after the earnings results are reported. remember, Oracle is migrating from a dbms vendor to a solutions provider, no doubt about the maturation of the dbms sector, but i think you'll see decent results in apps. (demand for consulting is a given.) You're looking at fear and a general tech wreck. Look at VNTV it's not a happy stock either...
