You miss the point...
No I don't

the a whole new business will form to take the money back if WalMart isn't allowed to do it.

Those "business" existed before Wal-Mart. They charged high "courier fees" and sometimes, your money didn't make it back home at all. Wal-Mart is cheap and safe, and allows you send you money from any Wal-Mart. That is why illegal immigration spread like a virus in the 90's.

Plus "tax voucher"? Sumit the voucher??? LOL, Never gonna happen.

Well, it's gonna happen if you want your money back. It is a very simple and efficient concept.

You wire the money out of your local checking account / savings account from an accredited financial institution. No taxes are withheld. You walk in with a bundle of cash, then it is assumed that it is cash from the underground economy, and taxes are withheld at the highest available Federal Rate. You submit a tax return, and submit your "voucher statements" that will match with the electronic records against you SSN submitted with the wire transfer. You get a credit for it, 'unless you have an existing tax lien" of course. The voucher is similar to a W-2 from an employer.

Employer's withhold taxes all the time, and you get a statement, W-2, at the end of the year which shows how much money was withheld from your paycheck. You use that as a sort of "voucher" that you submit to the IRS for the amount of taxes you paid. Same process here.

You chose not to file a return because you don't want to claim the money you made under the table, then your taxes have been paid on the portion you wired out of the country.

Same reason there should simply be a Federal VAT Tax. It taxes everyone equally, and it taxes the underground economy.

Thesis?! Just ask John McCain, Rick Perry, Jeff FLake, or anyone else down here...

Did they go to Mexico and recruit them? Are you that out of touch with reality¿ That was the basis of your thesis.. Which is unfounded.

Your Wiki link doesn't speak to the issue, better RE-READ. Illegals don't necessarily come here illegally. You aren't THAT out of touch are you??

I have a vacation home in Del Mar. Lived there as a resident for much of my life.

ALL illegals that are here, are here illegally, or they would not be illegals... Seems pretty simple.

Whether you scale the fence, or you overstay a visitor visa, you conspired to violate federal law. You are here illegally and in violation of federal law.. hence an illegal alien.
