Tip: How To Get Bing Maps App On Nokia Lumia 920 And Lumia 820
December 3, 2012 | By Pradeep

We all know that the new Nokia Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices comes pre-installed with Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive and other location based apps. Even though Nokia Maps works well for most of us, some people preferred Bing Maps which is known for its fast and simple nature.

Unfortunately, Nokia removed the Bing Maps app from the App list on their Windows Phone 8 devices. Bing Maps app will be launched whenever you do some local search on Bing search app, but you can’t open it as an app from the list. Now, there is a simple app from Windows Phone Store which will allow you to launch Bing Maps just as before.

Install this simple launcher app which launches the Bing Maps and enjoy the mapping experience.

Find the app here from the Windows Phone Store for free.
