You will never get a logical answer until you learn to define your terms truthfully. A separate "person" with rights begins when the woman's egg grows to be separated from the umbilicus in birth. The woman is not a container or a UPS package. She is a PERSON. She decides when and how to deal with her pregnancy. Generally speaking, a planned pregnancy is a joyous event. But it is never any of your business. The fetus can never be a person with rights so long as it is part of the woman's body. Just as if I allowed you to hook up to my blood stream in order to purify your system and keep you alive, it would only be with the proviso that you have absolutely no rights or say--that I could terminate the contract solely at my discretion. That is the only way I would allow such a thing. In the case of the woman she has a de facto contract in Natural Law to make all choices surrounding her fertilised egg. She is the sole judge of what is in her best interest with regards to her pregnancy.

Now it is none of your business and none of my business, but I do have an opinion. And my opinion is that contraceptive techniques (which kill potential humans) should be perfected so that the 60% of spontaneous abortions caused by "acts of god" become 100% for those trying to avoid pregnancy. Because abortions are not fun and they can leave lasting emotional scars on a young girl.

By the way, the quality of the DNA is irrelevant. Every sperm is a potential human. The DNA simply needs to be augmented and tweaked. Indeed, every atom of star dust is a potential human and that is why you are here--because the potentiality of stardust was realized. You need to get your fat face out of the woman's body and her life. You need to address your gift of life and find something useful to do. A good beginning would be minding your own God Damn business! Not one single woman in the world needs your input when it comes to HER PREGNANCY--HER BODY -g-
