from briefing: 3Com Corp (COMS) 35 5/16 -3 1/16: networking equipment maker says it expects to report a slight profit for the 2nd qtr, which would fall sharply below the $0.44 a share expected by Wall Street analysts.... Well lets guess what would happen tomorrow: the price of COMS will most likely go down and the stock is taken outside and shot over and over and over again (as if it has already not been punished). And then after it is shot we will hear from all these jack-ass analyst downgrading the stock to simply a bad stock! And that will be when the stock should be bought. After all if the analysts who are downgrading it are buying why shouldnt the small investor?! I only wished I had cash now and did not have to wait till January! oh well.... I guess I have to be happy with the COMS shares I already have! regards, Addi Jamshidi
