PRESS RELEASE!!

Gunslinger Records Signs Tabitha Blue

Phoenix, AZ, December 2, 1997 - Gunslinger Records, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: MUZC) announced that it has signed a new artist,
Tabitha Blue to a recording contract.

As an up-and-coming singer with a strong following in the alternative
rock scene, Blue is expected to be the next big "girl" act sensation.

Gunslinger Records will begin recording Blue's first CD immediately
and anticipates releasing the first single in early January, 1998. They
are targeting the completion of the entire CD by the end of March.
The CD will be released through both retail outlets and the Internet.
(accessible through the web site: www.futuredge.com.)

Richard Lorello, President of Gunslinger Records noted the
implications of the signing of Tabitha Blue for the company generally:
"Gunslinger Records has been extremely careful in selecting its first
major female artist to record. Based on our reading of the market,
we think Tabitha Blue will gain a strong foothold in today's music
scene - particularly given the extreme popularity of independent,
single female singing acts. We believe that signing and recording her
will launch Blue as an artist and establish Gunslinger Records as a
major force in today's music industry.

Gunslinger Records, Inc. is a Phoenix-based entertainment company
trading under the symbol "MUZC." Its business focuses on a "niche"
market within the music industry; by serving as both a recording and
management company primarily to "up-and-coming" talent.
Gunslinger's stock began publicly trading in October, 1997 on the
OTC Bulletin Board. The stock initially opened at $5/share with 3.2
million shares issued and outstanding.
