I sold the Dec. 13 puts on NBR....been using that figure for a while now...seems to be nice support. I agree it isn't hitting $29 anytime soon, but it's like getting a divvy every month. I do the same thing with a lot of companies; got lucky with WAG when I was put the stock at $32, then they did the ESRX deal. Nice pop on that one, but faded the pop ASAP. Sold the Dec. $32's a few weeks ago, and will let them expire unless the "cliff" hammers the market. I actually DO check your blog....I am quite a fan and have learned a lot from you!
