Ah but Jim, first they have to FIND the imbedded system which is the problem. Thats the rub. So, I would think, AT LEAST, the CD-ROM should sell. Once the problem is identified THEN they decide whether to fix or replace. Remember, our typical client will have hundreds to thousands of these little devils hidden around. Cant just replace the whole doggone factory, can we? JDN
