PBKEF: A bad combination of macro events is creating another great opportunity here IMO, the approaching "fiscal cliff" and fear of a dividend tax combined with fear of the unlocking and distribution of the Petrobank shares seams to have people running for the exits and not considering the fundamentals. I have a ton already, but feel tempted to get more here because I think fair value will be somewhere around $30 eventually. Good luck!
