Here's what I have learned from another who has a PHD with numbers and is very cutting edge re abusive naked short selling, DTCC and the nuances of counting. He attempted to educate and inform those who he thought were in place to regulate etc. Now there's a chuckle. And after years of attempting to do so and no progress he gave up and shifted gears to EXPLOIT.He now earns his money doing so as he sells his work to those that are under attack. So yup don't trust them. EXPLOIT THEM!. In either direction. Fintas.
