I heartedly agree !! There simply is no way out of the mess we're in w/o experiencing some pain. Neither side seems to propose enough pain (except on the 2%ers) to come close to solving our financial pickle. So, I am in favor of going other the edge. No, this will not be a fiscal cliff. Rather, this is a fiscal SLOPE and the slide down will not be nearly as dire as we've been led to believe.

Let's take our medicine and move forward.
