I haven't bothered to read his rants since QE3. Interesting spin on Qe4, but no one else is talking about any regime changes for QE at this point. I think the FED had to announce Qe3 to stay ahead of the fiscal debate, so nothing could slow them down when the time comes.

Not sure the FED needs to do anything more at the end of the year, that hasn't already been done. I'm pretty sure the talking heads on CNBC would be talking about Qe4 if the FED had anything new to announce. Frankly, I think it will just be a talking point to maintain confidence until the Fiscal cliff is out of the way.
