Howard Dean made an impressive case on CNBC this morning for letting ALL of the Bush tax cuts expire and going over the fiscal cliff. He basically said anyone who does not think EVERYONE is going to have to feel pain is simply not telling the truth. He acknowledged the risk of a recession but claimed the pain needs to be taken.
