He can get the Flash Player from Adobe directly here (look for Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives): helpx.adobe.com He will have to use FireFox or Dolphin browser from the Play Store as Chrome does not support Flash Also, WITHOUT downloading and installing Flash Player, he can use Puffin Browser from the Play store which supports Flash and is a remote browser that runs on 32 core servers so it is very fast. He does NOT have to install the Flash Player to use flash in Puffin Browser. play.google.com Here is a video for it:
