Did you consider the IRCpA - It's trading at $26.5/share yielding 7.67%. I have this one on the watch list to pick up if/when it sells below the $25.00/share PAR value.

Inland Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: IRC) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,400,000 shares of its 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (Series A Preferred Stock) at a public offering price of $25.3906 per share, equal to an effective yield of 8%, and for net proceeds of approximately $59.0 million, after deducting the underwriting discount but before expenses. This offering is a re-opening of the Company’s original issuance of Series A Preferred Stock, which closed on October 6, 2011.
No rating from Quantum on The IRCpA last $26.50

Interesting that they are the beneficiary of the SVU leases. Not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing. The SVU notes I own that expire in 2016 like the IRCpA yields over 11.43% yield to maturity. That's where I have some money but it's not very liquid so you need to hold to maturity.
