No, you aren't. You might be fooling yourself, but you aren't fooling me.

Yes, they are, despite the best effort of Koch and Exxon to say otherwise. The scientific debate on AGW is settled; ikt's real, and happening. Only the political science remains unsettled. "The planet cannot recover from" isn't the issue, since, in the long run, it doesn't even need to; new forms of life will eventually evolve. The issue is that the biosphere will become detrimental to my species. True, in the long run, the planet won't miss us, but I'd like to avoid that scenario.

Are humans smarter than yeast? It doesn't appear so.
