A better stimulus by government for thorium reactors would be to get out of the way. Cut the red tape and kleptocracy on those who would like to do it.

Just Apple could invest $100 billion if they wanted to do so. GE could do it.

Haven't we had enough of Barack Obama's picking winners in the electric car and photovoltaics businesses? Zero to show for it. Money down the drain which could have gone to actually useful things, such as thorium reactors, perhaps.
